Childhood memories
Driving in through the working farm yard brought back childhood memories of rallying on working farms. The site was lovely, green and well cared for, the views of the canal and the adjoining field were pleasurable. Cycled into Chester and Ellesmere along the tow path and had a day visit to Port Sunlight. Don't expect countryside silence as the site is handy for the motorway and major roads. Found a good Indian restaurant 'the Saffron' in Ellesmere. Really enjoyed our 4 nights. We will be back.
