We stayed here for one night in June, to visit Matlock before heading further north. The site is accessed up a narrow lane and is quite compact for 5. We met the owners briefly and they explained where the fresh water was. This is just off the main site and larger units may find if difficult to access. Another camper explained where the toilet disposal was. This consisted of a lift up manhole to a cesspit that quite honestly left me heaving. There was no running water to clean the cassette just some watering cans, which we think is poor in comparison to similar priced sites. The main positive that we took away was the access to a lovely walk through the woods up to the tram way and war monument.
