Coxbridge Farm is on the outskirts of Farnham. A level 10 minute walk will take you into the pretty town centre or there are bus stops directly outside the site. A large, flat relatively level cinder area with a grassed are which isn't for pitching on but we sat there with no problems. farm tracks are great for walking the dogs on and access to Public Footpaths is good. Shared Water tap and individual hook-ups. Yes it is a fair walk to the Elsan, grey water emptying points and bins but they are on your way out of the site. Pitching area has trees on 3 sides, yes there are some small industrial units in existing farm buildings but it didn't bother us. Road noise from the A31 is negligible. We have been here before and will certainly go again. Yes there are signs on site but they are only what are expected - site rates, keep dogs on lead etc.  Give it a try.
