Not a great start to our holiday, we arrived to find our 'hard standing' pitch which we were told was adjacent to the car park was actually IN the car park meaning we were sharing our pitch with cars and visitors to the vineyard, a very uncomfortable experience and one I do not wish to repeat! There is absolutely NO TV signal in this area. The shower which costs 50p is also in the car park meaning you have to walk through the visitors to get to it.....on the plus side it is lovely and hot. After 2 nights a grass pitch became available and we moved quicker than I've ever moved in my life!!! The grass pitches are lovely (apart from copious amounts of dog mess, not the sites fault) BUT you only have 6amp electricity, which means that if you try to run more than one appliance at a time it will trip constantly, I honestly thought it was a typing error as I've never encountered 6amp before! The staff were friendly and helpful. The wine tasting was lovely as was the Sunday lunch but unfortunately we won't be returning.
