Having only stayed on main Club sites before, we were very nervous about our 'brave' decision to stay at Cyndyn for five nights in August 2018, our first at a CL. However, we needn't have worried as, once we had found the site, it was wonderful! The welcome from Mr Jones was lovely and he was around and about for much of the time we were there - always happy to say hello, suggest places to visit, or even just have a natter! Finding the site following our satnav was 'interesting' - Mr Jones even said that satnavs seem to send people round the harder way and he suggested the best way to get to and from the site. You are best to follow signs to Whistling Sands from the B4413 and then at a subsequent junction to Anelog without actually going into Aberdaron. The grounds were immaculate - hardstanding spaces for our folding camper to fit on with the awning on the well kept grass. The two toilet/shower rooms were super, clean and functional. Showers are coin operated but 20p gave plenty of time to have a good shower. It was lovely to stay on a quiet site in lovely countryside with all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay - we are now CL converts!
