Just spent a weekend at dale view, owners were lovely, site was well laid out, so peaceful, easy access will be back again ! Paul & Julie Masterson.
cannot fault this C.L
From the lovely welcome from Helen, who had all the information on the area at her fingertips, to the beautiful views from the impeccable hard standing pitches this is a must stay at site.
There is enough to enjoy from this site to justify it as a holiday destination in its own right but if you use it as a rest break on your travels beware!! the fells you see from your van will seduce into spending time walking them
Fantastic CL
What a great CL have stayed here twice now and will be going back again and again. Owners John and Helen are really friendly and helpful. The views are amazing and plenty of walks nearby. Site is kept immaculate. Best CL I have stayed on (and have stayed on quite a lot).Â

little gem
wonderful site with wonderful views. friendly owners and the local info leaflets were very useful. the site is very well maintained and there is plenty of walking for all  abilities in the area. will definitely return
Peaceful site with stunning views
We stayed for a weekend with our two dogs. Had a lovely peaceful stay. The countyside views are stunning and there are two lakes next to the site. No dedicated dog walks but the lane is quiet and no problem with my two dogs. The owners Helen and John are very friendly and accomadating. We will certainly return abd highly recommend.
Grand Site
This is a relatively new site with large hard standing pitches, well set out and sheltered from the prevailing westerly wind by Beacon Fell. The views are extensive over the Bleasedale Fells of Fair Snape Fell & Parlick, at the SW end of the Forest of Bowland. There is a small fishing lake behind the site which can be use by those saying on the CL. There is no dog walk but the lanes outside are very quiet. For those who like walking there are plenty of footpaths on Beacon Fell, and on the Bleasedale Fells, and the lanes around the area are very popular with road cyclists.
TV reception is fair with a directional ariel, but mobile phone reception is poor and depends on one's provider. We could not get any web link-up. John & Helen, the owners, are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this site again.
Lovely location
This is a lovely quiet Cl with beautiful views. If you like wildlife and walking its perfect. It's very well maintained and the owners are very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely visit again.

A very pleasant location with excellent views of rolling countryside.
We received a warm welcome and some useful leaflets on the locality. This site is ideal for anybody liking a quiet location set in a splendid landscape. We found Freeview reception OK with an amplifier. Mobile reception comes and goes with vodafone.

Plenty of peace and tranquillity
If you want peace and tranquillity with great views, no tv signal and very little mobile phone reception this is the place to go to get away from it all.
We have been going to this excellent well laid out CL since it opened.
The well kept site is a credit to Helen and John who always make you welcome.
It's also very close to Beacon Fell which, if you like walking, is well worth a visit.
Lovely stay
This is a lovely site. The view from the site is breathtaking. So peaceful here. Good for walking - Beacon Fell very close by. We found that the signal for mobile phone and tv reception very poor - so be prepared for that. We've bought a satellite dish so we'll be back.
