If you want a warm welcome with great views this is the site.
Yes the approach is tight just take care. Yes facilities are rustic but clean. Good walks from the site including lovely villages & pubs. We cycled into Clitheroe where the sausage shop is a must.
Watching the kestrels & curlews was an added bonus.
