This is the first time we visited this CL...but it won't be the last. Great for walking and great for walks with the dog. Ann keeps the site is good condition and is very friendly. The directions are spot on but the last couple of roads are a bit narrow, Take it slow and you will be OK. Each pitch has water and waste point but you will need a long hose to get your waste to the drainage point. The toilet and shower were clean and tidy. Wi-Fi is available and there is a mobile phone signal on the site. There are plenty of places to eat out and I would particularly recommend the Assheton Arms in Downham Village approx 10 mins drive away. Alreay looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Ann
