We only stayed here for one night but wished we'd had longer! The site was very easy to find and access - the directions given were spot on. The site has 2 CL signs so that you know you're at the right place. We are quite a long and wide outfit (8ft wide), and we had plenty of room entering the site and accessing our pitch. The owners were very accommodating, both on the phone and in person, and charged us according to our limited stay on their site, which I thought was very kind and fair. The pitches are very generous in size, they're secluded, peaceful, and have a mixture of shade and sun throughout the day. Every pitch also has a tap, and table and chairs (as well as electric and hardstanding), which is a nice touch and a luxury for us! There are also 2 toilets, and a book swap/information room. The grass on the pitches were well maintained, and the verges around were natural, filled with wild flowers which is nice to see for the environment and wildlife. Bins provided for various recycling, as well as a dog litter bin. Due to our limited stay, we didn't explore a lot, but we got to Barry in about half an hour (visiting friends), and I know there is plenty more to see, so would definitely love to come back here!
