I really liked this site, yes it was on a hill and a full awning probably wouldn't work but actually the location is perfect and the grass to the side is lovely. You're right in the centre of northumbria, 20 minutes south you hit amble, 20 minutes north you hit berwick and 20 minutes east you get all the little gems, waterfalls and caves. Water is on tap (don't turn the tap fully as it's powerful) and if you pick the right pitch, can have your waste straight put too. Eggs, amazing. They were so fresh! I had eggs for breakfast every morning which is not normal! You can walk from the site to Belford or to Ross sands joining the East costal path, however going to Belford there is a bit of road walking with no footpath. Thanks again John
