Top Notch CL!

We stayed for 10 nights in June & can honestly say it’s the best one we’ve stayed at! Welcome 10/10; friendliness & service 10/10 (Alex & Natalie couldn’t do enough when the local water supply was cut off!) shop/cafe on site 10/10 (especially Kim’s breakfast baps!); the dog walk field is massive & so easy to access; the views up to Arthur’s Stone are stunning & the access to walk up there is just 2 mins walk on the road from the site😁 The beaches on the North are all dog friendly & there’s a fabulous community shop that sells everything in Cwm Ivy. We’d strongly recommend this fabulous new site - Alex & Natalie have done a great job & im sure they have vision to do much more…👍❤️

Exceptional Place

A fantastic CL. The best we have ever used. Excellent facilities, all serviced pitches, a real bonus. Cleanliness was first rate. Great message in the ladies toilet, check it out!! A lovely warm welcome from Natalie who had time to discuss the local area with us. The farm shop was a real bonus, run by Natalie’s sister who was equally as pleasant and helpful. The whole peace and ambience of the site was second to none.

A peaceful , beautiful Gem on the stunning North Gower coast

“Eastern farm ,” is most certainly worth a visit if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing site where you can take in the stunning views from this lovely location on the North Gower coast. If you like “ Dark Skies,” you are in for a treat for stargazing.at night. We were greeted by Natalie on arrival, her welcome was warm friendly and informative . This is a beautiful site with first class spotlessly clean , and well maintained facilities. A convenient farm and coffee shop on site adds to the joy of staying here .With access to all that the Gower coast has to offer You should add it to your “ must visit,” list. Our family and grandchildren really enjoyed playing and sitting out on the immaculate sprawling lawn. Really looking forward to staying there again , in the near future. Best C L I have seen.

Our Gower Escape

Superb location for visiting for visiting the Gower. Lovely flat site with fully serviced pitches all far enough from the road so no traffic noise. Farm shop on site which is open Thursday through to Sunday with beautiful local produce. We have purchased and eaten local asparagus today, what a treat. We visited the cast iron Whiteford Point lighthouse which was well worth the beavers walk across NT land. We also visited Worms Head which was spectacular in the rough weather, both of these are less than 10 miles away. Excellent fish and chips from Penclawdd just a short drive away. Good walking from the site. Thank you to Natalie who made us feel very welcome. We will definitely visit again.

What a lovely CL site with excellent facilities and the warmest welcome you could wish for.

This site must definitely be in the running for the best newcomer CL site for 2022! We spent 5 nights at Eastern Farm with an uninterrupted view of Cefn Bryn on the Gower Peninsula. The site has been well thought out by the owners, Natalie and Alex, who are very friendly and helpful. The pitches are all level on hardstanding, are spacious and located well away from the road so are very quiet. All of the pitches have electricity, a water supply and drainage for grey water waste and there is a chemical disposal point next to the toilet block. Near the toilet block is a covered area with large sinks for washing up (cold water supply only) and a station for recycling. The site is well cared for and immaculately kept with grassed areas cut regularly and clippings collected so no clippings were carried into the caravan. The toilet block is clean with an electrically heated hot water supply to the sinks and hand washing soap and paper towels are provided. There is free WiFi with a good broadband connection which helps if you have WiFi Calling enabled on your phone as we didn't have a good signal from our network provider in this area. There is a small Farm Shop in a Shepherd's Hut located at the entrance to the site open on a few days during the week selling milk, bread, eggs, breakfast & BBQ meats, pies, fruit and vegetables. Also on sale is delicious Mario's local dairy ice cream with a range of flavours, barrista coffee and a selection of scrumptious cakes. There is an outdoor seating area with picnic tables in front of the shop. There were also some locally hand crafted products made from wood on sale. This is one site that we’ll return to again and again and although we want to highly recommend the site, we are reluctant to do so because we are very tempted to keep it a secret. As this is the first season of their new venture, they have done so well to provide all the necessary amenities on the site and we wish them well for the future.

Easter Break

Natalie was very welcoming on our arrival. This is beautifully maintain CL, with amazing views from our caravan. We were just a short drive from several beaches, and some lovely places to eat. Free WIFI, and good TV reception. And toilets. There is also a newly opened farm shop onsite. This CL was everything we hoped for, and more. We look forward to coming back to visit.

Well maintained and relaxing site with lovely countryside views!

Brand new for 2022 this site is a great addition! Natalie is a very accommodating, friendly and welcoming host and gave us lots of local walking recommendations for us and our dogs. Being in a Motorhome we like to pitch up and stay pitched up, so choose places where you can access walks straight from the site. We walked to Weobley Castle along the country roads (about 1.5 miles away) which overlooks the salt marshes and also hiked up to Arthur’s Stone (walking boots required) where you have stunning panoramic views and can look back at the site to spot where you are pitched!(Both walks require a short stroll left out of the entrance along the main B road first however there are plenty of pedestrian lay-bys if needed.) The site is on a neatly mown large lawn/field (we found it a great area for playing French Boules!) with 5 hard standing gravel pitches fully serviced with EHU, water and grey waste disposal which is so handy. There are 4 spotlessly clean toilets, 2 male, 2 females. Adjacent is a neat Recycling/Washing up Station as well as an easy to use Elsan point. TV reception is good. The free Wi-fi is a brilliant added extra! The site has a lovely sunny aspect as it is South facing and is really peaceful and quiet. It overlooks fields with grazing sheep and moorland where you can make out Arthur’s Stone on the Cefyn Bryn ridge. Overall a really relaxing, chilled out and enjoyable stay!

First arrivals at Eastern Farm

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Natalie who told us that we were their first guests! The site is easily accessible although care should be taken to follow the precise instructions as the entrance comes quite suddenly. Once into the yard there is plenty of space and the site is easy to see. The pitches are accessed via a good quality gravel drive which is surrounded by a well mown grass field. If a little tight to manoeuvre onto each pitch they are level and have space for an awning and car parking. All the pitches have individual electric, water and grey waste disposal points. All very tidy. There is a well kept toilet block with separate sink and chemical disposal point. An added bonus is free Wi-Fi throughout the campsite. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. Natalie was always available to offer advice if needed and she told us about the dog walks which are a short distance from the site and other places to visit. The site itself enjoys beautiful views over the adjoining sheep field and beyond the wooded valley towards King Arthur's seat set up on the moors. The Gower is a beautiful area and this site is an excellent base to enjoy it from.
