So tranquil and peaceful

A lovely 2 night stay at this site. Diane was lovely and allocated us with the perfect spot for our Micro- camper set up. Wonderful views of woods, hills, fields, lambs and even the red Deer in the distance. Toilet and shower lovely and clean. One shared between 5 pitches. Some local walks to do and we visited Rudyard Lake. We would use this site again.

Best CL I have stayed at

Stayed here only 2 nights but a great CL great views and perfectly quiet. There is an exceptionally clean toilet and shower albeit only one of each but fine for a max of 5 vans. Just great.

Amazing site

Just stayed 4 nights at the farm, thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the site. Access excellent, pitches give fantastic views over and down the valley. Recycling well sited, pitch facilities EHU, drinking water and waste water (remember long waste pipe). Although toilet facilities not open they weren't needed so unable to comment. Diana very welcoming and friendly. No Wfi but good phone and TV reception. Definitely worth visiting with easy placement to all the peak district has to offer.

Absolutely stunning

Having just returned from a lovely long weekend here, I can only echo the sentiments of past reviewers. It’s a beautiful site, clean and really well maintained. Diane was helpful and welcoming and we really enjoyed the whole experience. This was the first of many visits to Fairboroughs Farm, we already can’t wait to go back!

Local Favourite

Half an hour from home but a world away.... I first visited as a child in the early 80s and been coming ever since and now bringing my own kids. The site has come on leaps and bounds under the managership of Diane and the rest of the family and now boasts 5 all weather fully serviced pitches, a toilet and shower - so why pay more for one of the local club sites, you have it all here only 5 vans and views to die for. But please do not tell everyone or we will not be able to get a pitch!!

Beautiful site

One of the best CLs we've been on and we've been on a few. Absolutely lovely scenery, really peaceful and secure. The owner's were really friendly and helpful. Will certainly be going back in the future.

Lovely site for our 1st trip

Our first real overnight stay in our Motorhome. Lovely site, very peaceful and quiet. Very friendly welcome from the owners. Great location inbetween Tittesworth and Rudyard, both nice for walking. Each pitch has EHU and fresh water, and a chemical disposal point is available on site. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Home from home

We have been coming to Fairboroughs for over 20 years if that’s not a recommendation I don’t know what is, As you approach the farm there is a security gate press the button signed caravan and the gate will be opened make your way down the tree lined drive into the farm yard where you will be met by Diane or one of the the Lowe family Who will give you your key fob for the gate and details of where to pitch . There are 4 hard standing and one grass pitch you will need levelling blocks on the grass pitch which they can supply each pitch has electric and your own water tap . The site is very quiet apart from the sheep bleating you might see the resident herd of deer passing through , with panoramic views and plenty to see and do it is a great site don’t hesitate to ask any of the Lowes if you have any questions about your stay they are all very approachable. P. s. It also has a holiday cottage for non caravaners.

A gem of a site in rolling countryside.

This site is a little gem situated on the edge of the Peak district with easy access to much of the National Park. The views from our caravan were lovely, and one could see for miles with sheep grazing in front. There is even a resident herd of wild deer roaming around with some good size stags. Leek is very close and is a charming town full of old buildings and history not to mention the markets. Diane is always on hand for information and is very helpful and friendly.
