Gem of a Site!

Fairboroughs Farm
Fantastic small site with beautifully spaced panoramic pitches with EHU, water and grey waste into hedgerows all for a very very reasonable inclusive rate. Warm welcome and support from owners. Highly recommended.

One of the best

Fairboroughs Farm
Super and very beautiful CL. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. The views are wonderful, We saw several large red Deer in the adjacent field. The pitches are large, hardstanding, each with its own water point, but they can be sloping. (levelling blocks required). The Toilet and Shower room was in good condition and kept clean on a daily basis. This was the first time we have been in the Leek area in the summer and what an absolute suprise. The surrounding area is breathtaking. We will definitely revisit

Peaceful site with scenic views.

Fairboroughs Farm
Stayed 4 nights at this beautiful CL on the edge of the Peak District. The road access is good and the site is well laid out with plenty of room between pitches. The pitches are on hard standing but sloping so you'll need levelling blocks. It had been raining the week before but ground seemed well drained although you have to drive over the grass to some pitches; all have scenic views and water points. The farm is accessed via a secure gate and you're given a key fob on arrival. The site is in a beautiful location and very peaceful with only the bleat of lambs to break the silence, there are walks along the quiet lanes but you'll need transport to visit places of interest. During our stay we walked around Rudyard Lake, Tittesworth Reservoir and further afield, Wolfscote Dale, we were going to walk up the Roaches but it was too windy. Thanks Diane for another enjoyable stay and looking forward to returning again in the near future.

Lovely but a little isolated

Fairboroughs Farm
We stayed here in order to visit a friend in Rudyard. The site has lovely views and a shower and toilet. The family welcomed us and were most helpful. We decided that walking into Rudyard might take longer than we had anticipated so drove the motorhome there (unusual for us as we usually manage by bus or walking). We were on a hard standing but had to drive over grass to reach it and it was on a bit of a slope. We only stayed 2 nights so did not explore the area as much as we might have done but Rudyard Lake is spectacular.
