This was our first trip away in our caravan and we are so pleased we found this lovely site. Access was easy off of the main road and we were greeted by the lovely owners. We pitched up at the far end of the field up on the higher ground which meant we had beautiful views but a bit exposed when windy. The whole field is very well drained but depending on where pitched you will may need levelling blocks. Recycling facilities were very easy to use. We had a great 4g signal which meant we could use our router with sim card for internet. Our cassette toilet in the caravan broke half way through the week so we needed to use the toilets on site, they were always spotless and seemed to be cleaned a few times a day. We had our dog with us and went for plenty of walks from the site. The Furnace opposite the road was lovely and my 10 year old enjoyed the simple interactive information boards. We visited lots of places such as Ynyslas Beach, Aberystwyth, Centre for Alternative Technology and Coed y Brenin Forest Park. We payed £19 per night, 2 adults, 1 dog, 1 child and an awning.
