Stayed her weekend 8th/9th of March 2019 for my birthday weekend. Choose it because it only has the 5 pitches, with minimum facilities in the hope that it would be nice and quiet, which it was. Great value at £12 a night when you have your own facilities, as a lot of the time we feel we are paying for things we never use on other sites. Great views down Loch Lomond. Woke up to snow on the Sunday morning which was beautiful to see on the hills and surrounding area. 20 min walk to Balmaha which has the shop/pub/coffee shop, and the statue to Tom Weir, lovely little place. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival, and we were left to it the rest of the weekend, which was great. Hopefully going back in the next couple of weeks for another quick weekend away for my partners birthday.
