My owner agrees with previous comments about the reception staff and the lack of welcome. I, as a four legged person enjoyed a run in the camping field which was safe for me (although escape artists could have got down to the canal size with a lot of effort I guess). Lovely walks on the towpath in both directions but one does have to do a short road walk with no pavement and a narrow bridge so take care of your hounds and keep them in close. Interesting to look around the marina and have a short walk; there is a swing bridge which is a bit scary but I was brave after the first crossing. There is road noise but I have hairy ears so it did not bother me. My driver reports the facilities were clean but a 3/4 minute walk from camper van. I think she was a bit worried about leaving me in the van as it was hot hot hot.
