Good stop over ......
...... and possibly longer should you so wish. Our Lad loved seeing all the trains go past though it was a tad noisy during the night. Really well kept site though my only gripe is the amount of cats roaming around (5 to my knowledge) as I'm not a cat lover by any stretch!
Just a short walk up to a very interesting church (only one designed by a woman in uk).
Would highly recommend.
