Perfect

Must be one of the best CL's in the country. Easy access off a quiet lane to a beautiful flat grass field with plenty of space. All pitches have 16amp electric and a water tap with grey waste emptied into the hedge. Good CDP , rubbish bins and a nice information hut. Good WiFi that covers the first three pitches. Nice warm welcome from Peter with an information pack and order form for his home grown vegetables . Lovely views from the peaceful site and glorious walks straight from the CL. Only a short walk into glorious Bibury one of the jewels of the Cotswolds. Our first visit but it won't be our last, we normally stay at the Burford club site but this will be our go to local site.

Peaceful welcoming site.

Lots of local information about the history of area and walks were supplied by Peter on our arrival. We will be back to explore the area again as we were at a family wedding for most of our stay. Highly recommend a visit.

Lovely stay

Exccellent site with short grass, level and good access from road. Lovely welcome from Peter with plenty of local information, including a large scale map of the immediale area. We were booked on for a stop over returning from Cornwall and found the site very easily. Activity from aircraft from RAF Lynham (transports) but not at all intrusive but interesting. Some fresh produce available from Peter's garden. Bibury within walking distance but nearest small town for shopping is Fairford (coffee shops, Coop, Post Office, Butchers and lovely and very interesting church.

Lovely stay

We were warmly welcomed by Peter even though we were late arriving due to circumstances beyond our control.we had to leave earlier than anticipated because of problems at home and Julie credited us with the lost days.which we have now rebooked for October. Lovely peaceful site, plenty of room.looking forward to our re visit.

Wonderful Stay

We have not long returned from a 6 night stay at Orchard Meadow and it was just what my wife and I needed, a good spell of R&R. The site has all you will need and near enough offers a fully serviced pitch. The whole site is well kept by Julie and Peter and is a credit to them. Orchard Meadows is one of those sites that you want to keep to yourself, so Sssssh!

Best CL ever!

We stayed for 7 nights at the end of May to beginning of June 2022. The site is lovely, extremely well kept and so peaceful. We received a very warm welcome from Peter with very useful information both printed and verbal. The village of Bibury is the quintessential english village - amazing! We have already booked two night stops for next month and will definitely be back for a longer stay. We would highly recommend this CL.

Wonderful CL

We have just stayed for two weeks on this wonderful CL. We received a warm welcome from Julie who provided us with lots of information as we were setting up. There is an information hut full of maps and tourist information. The site is immaculately maintained with great attention to detail and the pitches are large with their own water taps. There is a lovely walk into Bibury and The Catherine Wheel pub is friendly with good food. It’s well located for exploring the Cotswolds. We loved our stay on this super site and will definitely be back!

Lovely peaceful CL

We had a lovely stay at this site for 3 nights. We were made very welcome by Peter who gave us a map of a couple of local walks, which are well signed with lovely views of the local countryside. Very close to the Classic Motor Hub which we visited on Saturday, for an event. We both enjoyed the tranquillity of this site, and the easy access to Bibury. Would recommend a visit to the nearby Abbey Farm Shop, lovely cafe, for coffee and cake. The pitches are spacious with EHU and water, which is always a bonus. Look forward to staying here again.

Brilliant rural CL

We stopped for 3 nights as a little break not too far from home. It is probably the best CL we've stayed on. The setting is wonderful (loads of walks and cycle-routes) and if (like us) you don't fancy places filled with tourists, you can avoid Bibury and go to plenty of other places. We did brave Bibury (a 3/4 mile walk) but only to buy some fresh trout for the barbie! The site is beautiful, spacious and well-maintained and the information and welcome from Peter, the owner, couldn't have been better: friendly & informative but not at all intrusive. We will definitely return, as it provides everything we want from a CL. Thank you
