We stayed here for 1 night over the end of May bank holiday in 2023, We was greeted by Mr Gregory who showed us our pitch and the set up! on arrival to site we stopped at the main gate and phoned ahead and Mr Gregory met us there. This is a lovely site and its location is really good for a week or 2 stay to explore this end of the country. The site has everything you need if you are used to CL sites like us then this site is a must stay, I think some people get used to having full facilities and don't use there van for its full capabilities and if you have your own washing facilities and toilet then why do you need shower blocks! as we were only here for 1 night we did not get enough time to explore but we did walk to the Half moon Pub which has a lovely beer garden and its accessible through a couple of fields and a nice walk along a canal! as we are sort of local to this site we do visit other CL sites around this area and when We come back to this site We will stay longer. If you love walking like us this is a must to explore the plethora of walks and or if you just want to chill for the weekend then this is the site for you!
