Lovely sea views of Red Wharf Bay. All the pitches are arranged to make the most of the view. A ladies and Gents WC with hand wash basin, very clean. Soft toilet tissue and liquid handwash a nice touch. Easy walk down the lane next to the campsite to the coastal footpath which you can take in either direction. A short drive into Benllech. On our first night, we couldn't be bothered cooking after a long journey and then setting up the van so we popped into Benllech and tried some fish and chips from the chip shop next to the Tesco Express. They were delightful and I'm told, award winning...I can see why. A venture to Red Wharf Bay is repaid by sampling a fine ale sitting outside the historic Ship inn. The views across the bay whilst quaffing real ale is my idea of a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
