Having used this site before pre covid, things I think have got worse. On our day of arrival there was no welcome from our host's at all. We got set up with our awnings etc as you do, all was well. The following day I went over to the bin. (no recycling of anything) just a message saying it's to much hassle to separate plastic from glass etc. Not impressed with that in these days of trying to protect the planet with everyone doing there bit, because of this there was rubbish everywhere all around the bin on the ground. It was cleared up after a couple of days and remained that way for the rest of our stay. The toilet was clean enough but no toilet paper for the 3 remaining days of the holiday (not great with 2 teenage grandchildren in tow) They both said it was a shame that when they had showers that the temperature was far to hot at this time of the year with no ability to adjust it. To top it off, the owner came to collect our fees for our stay saying she'd be back with the change and never did. No big deal but it makes one feel that the money is more important than the guests, not had this before on any of the CL's we've stayed at in 12 years of caravanning. A shame !!!
