Love the remote control gate
This was our very first caravan trip which didn't go very well, but that's not a fault of the site. We only took delivery of our caravan that week and hadn't figured everything out yet.
The site has a gentle slope so is difficult to get out when the ground is soaked. Unfortunately for us, the UK had some heavy rain prior to our arrival and despite walking around on foot it seemed OK. As soon as I towed the caravan on there we got stuck so we just pitched up where we were as there was no one else there.
The surrounding area is very quiet, no traffic noise, and there are nice walks. The entry system is brilliant and secure and doesn't require the owner to be around. Shame we picked our first weekend away with not-so-good weather, maybe we will come back next year when the ground is firmer.
Carolyn was very helpful and pleasant and towed us out when we wanted to leave so it wasn't a problem really.
