Another couple of stays at our “ home from home” C.L

We have just left our “home from home” C.L after our second stay at High Easton in as many weeks!! We simply cannot rate High Easton highly enough, along with excellent hosts Sue and Vic, who as always are there to help, welcome, and ensure that your stay is simply fantastic !!! High Easton is so peaceful and is a great place to stay if you are looking for both a nice quiet retreat, as well as it being an excellent base from which to explore both the beautiful East and North Yorkshire coastlines, as well as the quaint and pretty “near coastal” towns and villages. As always, a huge “thank you” to Sue and Vic for making our holiday so very pleasant and enjoyable and in every way possible We are already very much looking forward to going back to High Easton Farm, and we fully recommend a stay here….. it is simply lovely!! Nice CL but details need updating

Lovely CL with brilliant views, handy for lots of local attractions, owners very friendly and helpful. Two little gripes the electrics trip quite often even with just a toaster or kettle on & there is no mention either in the description or communications that electric is extra over 10 units per day. Other than that out of the 5 pitches 3 had dogs including us I always pick up after ours and keep them tied up or on a lead, I really do object to people that don’t and one dog would go daily right in the middle of our route to the bin & elsan! Nothing that can be blamed on the owners!

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay once again. We have visited this site many times and always look forward to returning. Spacious pitches, level ground, and own water tap on each pitch. Amazing views of Bridlington and the sea in the distance. Sue and Vic happy to help whenever needed. Lots to do in the area, within a short drive. Perfect.

Vic and Sue have got it right.

Absolutely perfect pitch in a fantastic location. Ideally situated for easy access to the North East Coast and all that lies in the area yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle for that perfect, quiet get away. Great hosts, Vic and Sue, who greet you on arrival and always there if needed but then blend into the shadows leaving you to enjoy your stay in peace. Can't recommend this site enough.

Quiet but windy!

We stayed here late April/early May. We arrived in the wind and rain and were met by Vic who told us where to pitch. One thing to bear in mind is that the pitch price only includes some units of electricity per night, something which isn't mentioned here, but was in an email when I enquired about availability. To be honest we were paying £26 per night (£1 for the awning) on a grass pitch and didn't really feel we should pay more. It was a bit cold so we used gas when we needed the heating on! In nice weather I can imagine it's lovely, but it is very exposed and when we had a very windy night we were kept awake by our awning flapping (which we took down the next day) and also a wind turbine whirring in the next field. Vic did come by with some information sheets about nice walks. It is very handy for RSPB Bempton Cliffs where we were lucky enough to see some puffins.

3rd year here back next year.

This is one of the best cls we go to. It's so near to loads of places of interest. Vic & Sue are lovely. Water on every pitch is a godsend, have your shower till the water runs cold. Grey waste in the hedge, nice clean toilet. Can't beat it for the peaceful tranquility. Can even watch the parachute people diving at weekends, all from the comfort of your sun chairs. Back next year and looking forward to it. Thanks Vic & Sue. Pete & Su.

Lovely Site

Lovely welcome from Vic on our arrival. This is a brilliant site with large, immaculately maintained pitches. Beautiful views across the countryside towards the sea. Peaceful site in a great location to act as a base from which to access and explore local towns, beaches and landmarks. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
