Just returned from 18 nights, Vic and Sue made us feel so welcome with lots of local knowledge and you feel that nothing is to much trouble. This really is one of the best cl sites you could ever stay on, level, we’ll drained, hedges landscaped for the views to the sea. Each pitch has its own water and electric and waste water drains into the hedge just like a serviced pitch. There is also a toilet on site which is well kept. Very close to the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs and has a big super store close by, also a caravan dealer near by with a good shop if you need it.
