We were greeted by Jo who from the start made us feel most welcome. The site does have a slope but the owners have provided a large selection of levelling blocks. The walk to the Tissington Trail via the footpath to Moscar Farm then back along the unmade road Huttmoor Butts to Monyash and back to the farm is a 5 mile circular route with a steady climb from Monyash to the site. A visit to Magpie Mine is interesting as is a circular walk around Lathkill Dale but you will need suitable walking footware. The Monsal Trail is in easy reach with plenty of parking at Millers Dale. TV signal is good and in fact there are no negative things I can think to say about the site although the access track is a wee bit bumpy but it is an access to a farm and as such is far smoother than many we have encountered. It is one we will visit again its only a pity that it closes for the winter.
