This is the second time we have visited this site, both during April, and we are surprised, and saddened, at some of the negative comments. The welcome from Eileen and John could not be more friendly. Eileen makes a point of making contact asap armed with a wealth of information and knowledge of the area. There is an information shed too should you need additional info. The views from the site are delightful and relaxing - who cannot find the lambs mesmerizing to watch? The site is central to the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley so there is plenty to see. Great site; we don't mind if you don't book this gem of a site as it means we will have more chance to get in again in the future - as we all know, by leaving positive feedback, really good sites like this get booked up too soon!!
