The official CL entrance very akward for larger caravans. Check on booking if you can enter by larger farm entrance further down lane. Unfortunately i damaged the side my twin axle caravan on wall trying to enter site by official gateway. A few hours later another caravan also damaged side of his van on the wall when entering the same gateway. Apart from that a very peaceful site in a lovely area.

The CL owner has contacted me to advise the issue which affected a very small minority of twin axle caravans has now been resolved - they have widened both official and unofficial entrances - one is 20ft wide and the other 24ft wide. They always offer their guests a warm welcome and listen to member feedback to make sure guests have the best possible stay on their site.
