Not up to scratch for £20 a night
The access road was ok, though there was no signage except for a sign saying Hoe house. Pitches are on hard standing but are very close together. If you tried to put an awning up you would be joining the next door pitch. Price was £20 a night despite it saying on the app and the main caravan club website that it was £15. Facilities were ok but as it had been raining you had to walk through a bit of mud to use them. Main railway line London to Guildford very close. Good points - close to station and bus stops to Guildford and Woking
