Train to Huddersfield , then changed trains to Leeds, Caught the bus to Studio's free with pass. It sounds complicated but it wasn't we had no problems. We also had a day at Dewsbury, called the biggest market in England, but it wasn't it was just a market, so a disapointing trip.We spent a day at Holmfirth, Last of the Summer Wine , and Where the Heart Is country and caught the old bus trip , a 10 mile round trip. pointing out various sites where filming took place and houses that were used. . There are numerous other places of interest within a few miles, That we had visited before. The Sculpture Park at Wakefield, outstanding place. The underground mine also in Wakefield.
