A lovely site. Great shower and toilet, spacious, spotless, modern and as good as club site facilities. Owner friendly and helpful but not in your face. They try very hard to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Information leaflets available in the summer house. Electric, water tap and grey waste on every pitch. Pitches spacious and a large grassy area in the middle. Overlooking owners paddock with a lovely friendly sheep, pony, geese and ducks (all enclosed so not in your way but lovely to watch). Dog friendly, no obsessive rules, just mutual respect. If you want to spend some time in South Lincs, look no further. This is a perfect site. Easy access to North Norfolk and all it has to offer too. Try Sandringham for lovely gardens and Hunstanton for traditional seaside. Spalding lovely and you can have a trip on a river taxi lasting 35 mins each way for just £6. What's not to like?! We have had 8 nights and could have stayed longer
