Wouldn't stay again
The sign with arrows showing where to pitch is attached to a large gate. The gate swings and can be left open.
On arrival we looked at the sign and the directions were 90 degrees out, consequently we went the wrong way. Who I assume was the owner talked to me like I was stupid. I think we all know who the stupid one is; the one who put the direction sign on a swinging gate. There really is no need to be rude.
Footpath overgrown and impassable to Maldon. Walking down the road has no footpath and fast moving traffic. Basicly without transport you are stuck here. No buses available when we were there.
