Peaceful site away from the madding crowd.

Easy booking via Ings Farm website and able to book your pitch number and see availability. Full payment before arrival so no worries about finding someone to pay. A friendly welcome from Colette who left us with a informative booklet of everything we needed to know. The fully serviced pitches were level with reinforced hard standing for the caravan and plenty of room for large awning and car. There's a spotlessly clean toilet but no shower which wasn't a problem. There's also a covered seating area and large dog walk field (on lead) though there's a long walk from site off road where dogs can run free. Colette gave us clear instructions for the site directions, there are some narrowish lanes but they're quite quiet with the odd farm vehicles which were considerate. During our short 4 night stay, we visited Mablethorpe and Saltfleetby/Threddlethorpe Nature reserve and also a little further away, National Trust's Gunby Hall. This is a beautiful well kept site and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Lovely site

Third visit to Ings Farm and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Perfectly positioned for the coast and the Lincolnshire Wolds, the site offers peace and quiet but with easy access to places of interest. We enjoyed both walking and cycling in the area and the added bonus of water and grey waste at each pitch added an element of luxury to our stay. We certainly plan to make repeated visits to this site and would never bother to look elsewhere when visiting the area.

Perfect for a quiet 'away from it all' stay.

Lovely CL site, great welcome from Ron and Colette. Easy to follow directions to site and handy local info leaflet given on arrival plus handy bottle of green Elsan fluid for the loo. Peaceful, relaxing, all in all a smashing find!

Perfection

We have just arrive back from this gem of a site. First impression as we arrive was Wow. Collette gave us a warm welcome on arrival and adviced us of walks in the area for the dogs. Our pitch was spacious and peaceful with views all around. All with water and Grey waste and a little hedge separating pitches. There is a place to walk dogs off lead directly of site which is a big plus for us with to spaniels. Lots of beaches and walks within easy reach. Both Collette an Ron were always friendly and approachable and work hard to keep this site immaculate. We highly recommended this site and will be back.

Slice of heaven

If you are looking for peace and quiet, then look no further. Would highly recommend this site. Easy access to and from the site with good clear instructions from the owners after booking. The toilet block, elsan and recycling area were clean and tidy and well lit. Full marks to both Colette and Ron for a well run site. Got some lovely photos, will definitely be returning.

Adult only, peaceful & immaculate haven,

Our first visit to this site will not be our last. Excellent facilities & an immaculately kept site. Off the beaten track, so no road noise. Surrounded by fields. Wildlife abundant. If you sit quietly the wildlife even visit you. It was so funny watching two partridges chasing each other around the field, I wasn’t sure if they were territorial or mating? A family of Muntjacs on the lane on an evening was a lovely site. We never saw or heard the owls but the fox & pheasants, which we’re used to & certain they hitched a ride with us from home, made an appearance. Fully serviced, level pitches, everything is immaculate & a credit to Colette & Ron. Excellent recycling facilities, even a place for the tea bags, we go through a lot of tea bags, ha ha ha. Hubby works in a noisy factory, doing long hours & shifts, Ings Farm CL, was the excellent, peaceful place for him to chill. Excellent base for Louth, Mablethorpe & Skegness. We will return.

What a gem of a site

We stayed at this delightful CL for a week. So quiet no road noise a real place to relax. Each of the five pitches were serviced with individual taps and waste pipe into the bushes, we were really spoilt. The chemical toilet point was a short walk away and was spotlessly clean. There was a toilet provided again lovely and clean. As we had a small dog it was great to be able to walk both on and off site (on site round the dog walking field and a lane from the site took us between fields where we sighted deer and a hawk). Colette and Ron were very helpful and answered any questions we had. We would definitely come again. A real gem of a CL site. It wasn’t far away from the coast Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea and a 40 min drive to Gunby Hall NT.

What a Gem of a CL

Our first visit to this gem of an Adults-Only CL. So, so, quiet - just a talkative owl occasionally, and no narrow lanes in getting to this rural site. Having a lively working cocker, the fact that you can walk around the site itself- on a lead due to ground-nesting birds - which is beautifully laid out, plus a 2-mile off road, off-lead walk too makes this a must for dog owners. And all within 20 minutes of several dog friendly sandy beaches (ask Colette for more info).. We saw baby pheasants on-site that looked like comical Indian Road Runners, and lots of other wildlife. Love the ethos of our very helpful hosts Colette and Ron in the way they have set up the site to be as environmentally friendly as possible. With easy access to the beaches and other amenities it meant no need for long runs out in the car - we rarely met traffic jams even in August! There's even a fish van in the village weekly, with freshly caught local Lobster, Crab prawns, etc,, just down the road, which made for a very special treat.. Also an amazing Indian restaurant just 18 minutes away , the Asha in Louth - best Indian we've ever had with award-winning chef - you need to try it... All in all, great facilities which are continually improving as the owners are enhancing this new site all the time - an individual pitch drainage system is following shortly. Looking forward to these on our next visit. Thank you Colette and Ron for a relaxing 8 day stay.
