We have just returned from a great few days with our motor home. Jo and Mark have worked really hard to establish a really beautiful site. The pitches are separated by willow and are very spacious. There is a wooded area, a pond and a seating around a large field. Horses and guinea fowl too. Excellent toilet emptying facility with soap and running water. Electric and water at each pitch. Rubbish emptied daily.
The site is in land with good walks on your doorstep.....30 minutes to Mevagissey, Port Mellon with some hills on quiet lanes. Then on to coast path to Gorran Haven and on. A good map is advisable. [We are good walkers]
The lanes to the site are narrow. We only have a small van with nothing to tow so fine for us.
Jo and Mark were a great couple to meet. Look forward to another stay.
Beautiful tranquil site
A really beautiful, clean and quiet site. Plenty of space in between pitches and not overlooking anyone. Perfect if you want to be away from it all and enjoy peace and quiet.
Jo and Mark were very welcoming and more than happy to help and offer information if needed.
Would definitely recommend and without a doubt we will be returning. Thank you both for a lovely stay.
Kerthua Caravan Park
What a truly wonderful site with wide, clean and well laid out individual sites and a small lake at the end with a table and a chair which was wonderful to drink in the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. Difficult to get there but well worth the effort. Owners very friendly and ideal for walking. Dogs absolutely loved it, and so did we!
Strongly recommended from us.

Lovely Site
Stayed here in June after a difficult search to find it. The lanes to it are very narrow with few passing places and poor signage. Saying that it was worth the effort as the site is lovely with a level ground and separated pitches.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. Horses and ponies are in the large fenced off field.
Mevagissey is a walk about half an hour away from the site.
Will definitely stay here again if we come to Cornwall.

Best kept secret site
This is a winner. We had a really difficult time accessing the site due to the single land traffic and lack of passing places. Be warned - you may need to reverse on these lanes so if you tow a car behind your motorhome on an A frame DISCONNECT IN ADVANCE. Once at the site though all your stress will disappear. Lovely big grass pitches with water and electric. Lovely lovely views.
Horses and ponies on site. Plenty of space with screening between pitches. Amazing.
Easy journeys to Mevagissy by foot or car. Pubs and restaurants galore in this unspoilt fishing village. We also drove to Fowey for the day. Beautiful.
This is a lovely site and we will happily risk meeting up with those somewhat angry fast drivers that sped toward us on those little country lanes.
The owners were very welcoming.

Just Right
We wanted the best of both worlds: Tranquility and ease of access to surrounding attractions such as: Pubs, beaches, walks and cycling. This site provided that. No sea view though, except from the top of the site. The site is part of a large open field surrounded by woods and hedges which helped give us much needed shelter during our stormy stay here in early October 16. The pitches were also further separated by trees and shrubs. Each pitch has its own water tap with more than adequate pressure. There is an electric hook up post for each pitch too. Access is along a mile long lane which is narrow at times. It would have been interesting if we had met another caravan unit coming the other way. That life around these parts though. Nice people to deal with and would like to return. Recommended.
Annual Fortnight.
What a fantastic site. So peaceful. All of the pitches are in individual bays with water and electricity supply. These provide you with privacy rather than isolation. Very easy to get to but do follow the directions to the site.
The owners were very easy to get on with and left a pitch listing on the gate so you knew which pitch to go to.
We would definitely use this site again when we return to Cornwall.
Thank you.
Ideal for Mevagissey
Handy for Mevagissey. Lovely village. The field was good with ponies in the paddock next door. Very quiet.
Lovely site
The owners have made a lot of effort of make this an enjoyable site. Although very wet when we visited for 10 days. we have just returned, we managed very well.
individual bays, cut grass and electric and water points on each bay.

Back to basics.
As with other reviewers we found the site to be very peaceful, just the odd tractor rumbling past. Lovely large pitches with water and electric on them with a panoramic view of the Cornish countryside from every pitch. Just make sure you follow the directions to the site given in the handbook.
