Ease of arrival/welcome

Peaceful , scenic site, helpful owner

Set amongst hills and moorland, this site was very peaceful and offered dog walks direct from site up the hills. We were met by Mr Dickie upon arrival who explained where everything was. The grey water disposal was direct into a ditch which runs around the perimeter of the field. Drinking water from your pitch and black waste disposal at end of field. Visited Stromness from here as well as Standing Stones of Stenness, Ring of Brodgar. Also handy for Maeshowe Cairn (note you need to book your visit here, we couldn't get booked in for 4-5 days but it was worth the wait) book online or by phone.
