Nice site, poor administration

Reading other reviews confirms my experience: the site is well designed, clean and quiet but has no close administration nor maintenance attention. My booking was completely unacknowleged -,an admin failure by NT. Consequently it took two hours of walking around the very large estate, and huge stress [I am convalescing a broken ankle] to even get on the site, since I had expected someone on site to advise me. There was no-one, and the visitor reception said "we don't manage the caravan site". No phone signal, and I eventually imposed my self, and dog,in the main estate office, where an NT officer worked very hard to sort out the booking on a queued telephone line. That's the number which NT give, and don't answer. Worse, there is permanent notice stating that the entrance gate post code which the Caravan Club advise takes us into [quite correctly] is "sat nav error, go to main Estate entrance]. I did, and left the rig at the main gate knowing that it was wrong, then walked to find out how to get in through the unmanned electronic gate at the site. I ask that NT take this down.
