I agree with the last reviewer, excellent site , warm welcome, quiet except am and pm when workers on the move but not very intrusive. We had the hot dry spell and the ground was very cracked but still good for pitching. There was some combining but finished just before night fall and owner did call to apologise next day, have to expect this on large arable farm in summer. Plenty of electric points about the field so plenty of pitching choice, and a bonus of water taps we could attach our hose to so plenty of water during the extremely hot weather . Good fields to walking for dogs. Saw deer and hare, plenty of bird life in the bushes too. Will use again if we are in the area, easy access to plenty of interesting places.
