Could do better

Though the surroundings are lovely and peaceful, this site could do with an upgrade in care and attention. There were 6 caravans on for 12 of the 14 nights we were there. No toilet rolls for several days and no hand towels for over a week. The Internet was more off than on the whole time. There have been complaints about the Internet going back to 2016 - still not working well. Hard to get hold of owners to complain.

Mr H we are sorry you didn't find our CL, yes 'Certified location' and not a site to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we are not able to obtain super fast broadband at this time, despite oiur continued requests. That is something we cannot control and is explained to everyone who stays here.  If you are looking for luxury then perhaps 'sites' are the way forward for you and as such will be reflected in the cost. We provide a shower room for use exclusively to CL members however, there is no mention of toilet rolls and hand towels being provided.

To say we were hard to get hold of we were at home very evening and at times through the day. When you approached us about the internet we were at home and I thought your manner was very rude and in fact I wish I had told you so at the time. When you telephoned us during the evening we responded. So I don't agree with that statement.

With reference to care and attention the CL is clean, lawns are mowed regularly no so much recently due to the very dry weather and we regularly seek feedback from regular visitors and they have suggested we make no changes. But I appreciate that there are some minorities, however, we will stick with the majority.
