We turned up on the Friday of May bank holiday, site looked lovely, lady of the site came over and suggested a good pitch, then profusely apologised for the noise being made by some free felling work they were having done, which really didn't bother us at all, we were then told that because of the noise, we would get a free night friday, wow that's never happened before. Site is lovely, lawned and we'll sheltered, the lake is very mature and we'll stocked with fish, I was told, hopefully will fish next visit. On speaking with Joe the owner it's a work in progress, with several projects still be worked on. Lovely site, lovely people, already booked the next visit.
