we have visited this site a few times, and we think its probably the closest you can get to a perfectly maintained site. as soon as a caravan pulls off mrs varley gets on her lawn mower and cuts the grass ready for the next caravaners,also she is such a friendly person its hard to leave the place, We live in Kent and always look forward to a visit,the other big plus is water at each pitch,so we can use our mains set up,NO FETCHING WATER .
