What a lovely CL! Flat site, very easy access and plenty room to turn around, loo, water, electrics and disposal all easy (disposal is on the far side of the workshop that you pass as you drive in). We had a lovely warm welcome from Amanda and Simon the owners. The Club House is a beautiful, Scandinavian style A framed building overlooking the top lake (of 2), and Amanda and Simon can provide tea, coffee, bacon and sausage butties and pies on the deck overlooking the lake! What a bonus. But the best is a stroll round the fishing lakes, which is fine for vanners if you give the fly fishermen a wide berth. Perfect quiet, lots of interesting wildlife including birds, if you are lucky you will see the kingfisher! If you are a fly fisherman you have arrived in heaven.
