Possibly the best CL we've stayed on

We stayed here in mid July for 7 nights on pitch 5 and have to say that this is a really, really good site. We completely agree with the other reviews and have nothing negative to say at all, it is true that access to pitch 5 is down a slope and you probably would need a 4x4 to pull out if it was wet but the pitch itself it level and beautifully kept just like the other four. The other thing to mention is that Marie went to great lengths to help us with a temporary fix which fundamentally rescued our holiday when the 12v power unit in our 'van failed. We have already booked our return in September.

Fabulous .... what a find ...

What a find! Brand new CL, built without compromise. Five large individual grass pitches each with electric hook up plumbed in water and grey waste. Quiet, secure behind electric gates and great views. Good location to visit Cambridge, Ely (what a gem). With many choices of walks including by the River the Ouse and the Cam. Great butcher and pub in Haddenham. The week vanished

New April 2020

The site was due to open in April 2020 but lockdown prevented this. My daughter was their first ever booking when caravanning was allowed. First night here and she phoned us to say you’ve got to come here! The owners have put in an enormous amount of work. Beautifully laid out with pitches on terraces down the slope. All grass which suits us fine. Each pitch has water, ehu and waste water though that can go in the hedge too. The pitches are enormous, with hedging around each; pitch 4 being slightly less large and by the slope down to pitch 5. The latter is down a grass slope and could be problematic in wet weather, Marie, the site owner, won’t let motor homes use that pitch and 4x4 with caravan is recommended. Terrestrial TV is excellent. EE and 3 mobile reception are good. Site access via sliding gate and keypad. Take care leaving the site as it’s uphill close to a bend in the A1123. Oh, and the Google blob is not at the right place on their maps, use the directions. The views south are lovely, the other way is a big water tower but not really too visible from the pitches.

First Class

Brilliant new CL. We received a very warm welcome from the owners. The site has been very well thought out and is amazing with far reaching views. So relaxing. EHU and water on every pitch. Plenty of walking straight from site. Loved it so much, have already booked to go back !!
