Beautiful sunrise and sunset.

Review Linkhouse Farm CL We spent 6 days on this site and although the weather was unsettled we managed to see some beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A smallish CL set apart from the many holiday properties, with 5 fairly level hardstanding pitches and grassy areas between each one. Excellent TV reception and WiFi. Almost 360 degrees views of the surrounding countryside. ( But not of the beach.) However, a ten minute walk around the barns and across the dunes will take you to a large expanse of sandy beach. It is rather a guessing game as to which paths are the correct ones from the CL, so signage of these would be helpful. This is a working farm with a variety of animals and birds including cows, horses, peacocks, guinea fowl, ducks and chickens. I would suggest better signage on the fresh water and elsan area to prevent members using the fresh water tap to fill their toilet water containers! There are recycling bins for each cottage but no recycling on the CL. We were left without any bins ( which were rather full) for almost a day when the bins were taken for emptying and an empty one was not left in their place. Although the weather was not what we had hoped for we did have an enjoyable stay and the position of this CL gives the opportunity to see both the south and north coastlines.
