This fine Cl lies behind the farm buildings in a small sloping paddock. The all grass pitches are well separated, but most do lie below the level of the entrance track so there may some problems getting off if the ground is very wet. The new shower & toilet are excellent, spacious and spotless. The friendly owners were extra helpful when we required some assistance with copying and e-mailing paperwork. The site, which is very quiet, is easily accessed off the Newton Stewart/Whithorn road. The nearest shops are at Wigtown & Whithorn but the nearest supermarkets are at N.Stewart. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area including the Isle of Whithorn & St.Ninian's Cave, among others. We will certainly use this site again when we're this area.
