This CL warrants 5* as the owner keeps the grounds in tip top order. The grass is cut regularly and Miss Broadley offers a warming welcome. From the CL there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside and sea including the offshore wind farm sited at Deal.
The location to the cross channel ferries to France is ideal being only 5 minutes drive
to the Port of Dover. Using this site gives you a good feeling for the start of your
continental trip.
