We were just looking for a weekend stop over for the Rugby Bike Fest but stumbled upon this absolute gem! They say that you find the best things when your not actually looking for them and this is certainly true of Magpie Lodge Farm. 1/4 mile from the A5 and ten minutes from the centre of Rugby, this beautifully maintained and virtually bowling green flat CL, is adjacent to a high welfare, conservation focused farm, which offers a warm welcome from owners Robert and Jenny Spencer and even the possibility of a guided tour, which our two girls absolutely loved. Rugby Bike Fest can also be recommended and we are already hoping to return next year!
