'VALUE FOR MONEY'

Spent 7 nights on this peaceful, quiet site with views, 2 miles from the M40. Water and ehu on each hard standing pitch. (photo out of date) Plenty of places to visit ie Wellsbourne market, Saturdays and bank holidays, local towns and villages. Tesco in Southam. The Butchers Arms in the village provide pub meals at a reasonable price. It was very wet so didn't do any walking from the site. No problems with tv or wi fi reception. Recycling bins provided and elsan point easy to use. Handy for a 1 night stop if using the motorway. Didn't see anything of Mrs Mann other than her collecting the site fees which were £20 a night, good value for money. Can recommend the site.

An enjoyable long weekend with friends

Excellent site. Walks from the corner of the site in various directions. Pretty views. Owner was nice. It was full which we found surprising for an Oct weekend. All good.

We Said We'd be Back!

Our second visit to this CL. Well trimmed grass pitches, each with it's own water feed (installed since our last visit) and obviously beneficial in these Covid conscious times. Similarly, separate waste and recycling bins placed on each individual pitch. Lovely views from the site and plenty of places to walk or cycle. Thanks again for a lovely few days.

A WEEKEND STAY- April 2019

This is a good site with great views over the Warwickshire countryside. TV reception is good with easy access through the farm yard the site is well looked after by the owner. We would definitely be returning to this CL.

Don't Tell Anyone...

Difficult to add anything new to the previous reviews. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this well kept and well located site. Site owners accessible and at the end of a phone if required. Good for visiting places of interest, walking and cycling. Will be back to this one.

beautifully hidden

We visited this site for the weekend and loved it so much we booked again before we left. The site is very easy to get to and directions are spot on. There are a couple of signposts on entering the farm drive showing you where to go so its easy to see where you need to be. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery and could see in the distance the church and part of the village. The dog walking facilities are brilliant, and as long as you keep them under control there is plenty of space to let them run free. Be aware that you are surrounded by livestock and horses though so if your dogs are reactive to livestock you will need to keep them close. The village is a short walk, 15-20 minutes but some of it has no pavement so be careful at night. We visited the butchers arms and had an excellent meal there at a very reasonable price. Booking is essential for the pub as it gets very busy. Sunday morning we were regaled by the bell ringers at the church and it was lovely. Great value for money and Mrs Mann is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommended

Really good site

Beautifully kept site with boxes for recycling at each pitch. Very welcoming owner, grass is kept immaculate and information board gives all needed details. The village is within a short walk has a pub, post office and supermarket. A country footpath from the site gives a walk across fields to next nearest village with lovely pub with good food. The site is quiet but just a couple of miles off the M40 motorway so very easy access. All in all a pleasure to stay here.

Lovely and well maintained site

Can only praise this site. Delightful owner. One word of warning: when entering the farm from the road, give it a wide berth as the back end of your van may ground, as it happened to me....
