Wonderful site, well positioned to visit many local places of interest: Budleigh Salterton completely unspoilt, Branscombe a must (but take care, lanes are very narrow) Topsham a delight, Sidmouth a traditional seaside town, unspoilt.
Site has excellent facilities, even your own "black waste" - never come across this before, a first.
