absulute perfection
we have visited this site twice and plan to return again later this year. the site is small but perfect. within 100yds is the beach. this is not a childrens beach though as it is very rocky. further along the coast, probably about a mile is the sandy beach so its worth the walk if you are up for it. a mile to the left of the site is Hinckley point power station but it in no way hinders the site. it is a little tricky getting to the site as it is along very narrow lanes but worth it wen you get there. There is no facilities other than water and waste but it is perfect for us with the dogs. plenty of quiet seaside to roam along and enjoy. if you have children, burnham on sea is not too far, there is also plenty of small seaside towns as well as bridgewater within easy driving range. for us it is absolute perfection.
