Visiting Beamish Museum
If your are visiting Beamish and like CLs then this is the one since it's only 7 miles from the museum. As a caravan club member you can get a 25% discount on the entry tickets, which last for 12 months. We spent 3 nights here and 2 days seeing Beamish.
Some pitches on this CL are sloping but there are some handy blocks if required.
Take care not to miss the turn off from the A691 roundabout. Its easily missed.
The very congenial welcome is often accompanied by 2 freshly laid hens eggs. (yummy!!)
