Had a pleasant and peaceful stay , dogs enjoyed the mown field walks and would have ventured further but for the hot weather and the infirmities of age . This was a well sheltered and maintained site , a testament to the hard work and thoughtful effort that has been put into it by Howard and Dieta , the owners . They couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable , which rubbed off on fellow caravanners resulting in a friendly atmosphere on site . If you like big sky country , this is for you....miles from the nearest big road and really quiet and peaceful....no road noise ! Footpaths abound and there is woodland close by ....the dogs really enjoyed it almost as much as I did . We will definitely be back next year to see the restored Abbey Gate and explore further into this beautiful part of Norfolk .
